b'R I C R E P O R T F R O MI N2022H A R D G O L D S T E Select Milestones Greenwood Houses rehabilitation services continue to attract short-term residents in need of physical, occupational or speech therapy to safely return home following a hospital stay or procedure. Our short-term subacute census is currently higher than before the pandemic began.Greenwood House continues its partnership with United Healthcare/Optum on a plan specifically designed for long-term care nursing home residents. In addition, Greenwood House was asked to be part of Clovers Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and bundled patients program (Medicare Managed Care entity).Greenwood House remains a member of Capital Healths ACO and continues to be its preferred nursing facility. Greenwood House remains a preferred member for Penn Medicine Princeton Health, and we continue to partner with Rothman Orthopaedics.The Strategic Planning and Implementation Committee continues to identify, analyze and evaluate complementary lines of business and prospective partnerships. The committee concentrates on the future of Greenwood House and the services we provide, always looking for ways to enhance our community presence and expand our base of Jewish nursing home care. While Greenwood House is essentially in post-COVID operations, we maintain our vigilance in containing the disease and following all regulatory requirements.3'
