Therapy and Rehabilitation Services

Our team is dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility and independence with a goal of achieving an optimal level of functioning. Each patient who receives our rehabilitative services is assured of an individualized plan designed to maximize abilities and enhance qualify of life.

We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies designed to meet a wide variety of needs. Our therapists are available five days a week and provide skilled rehabilitation care and maintenance therapy, as well as a restorative range of motion program for less active residents. Our speech and hearing services include evaluation and consultation, treatment of speech, hearing, cognitive language, and eating/swallowing disorders upon referral from the physician.

We also provide rehabilitation for:

  • Orthopedic conditions
  • Stroke rehabilitation
  • Neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease
  • Cardio/pulmonary conditions

Short-Term Rehab

We also provide short-term rehabilitative therapy for individuals in need of nursing and health care services. This care is often needed for individuals who have suffered a catastrophic illness or accident that requires major changes in lifestyle requiring physical rehabilitation, recuperation after hospitalization for serious illness, restorative services, tube feeding, or special equipment or treatment.
