Please call Richard Goldstein, our Executive Director at (609) 883-539, Ext. 105 to schedule an appointment. He will be happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

Sending a completed application does not automatically place an applicant on the waiting list. The following steps have to be completed prior to placement on the waiting list:

1. Send completed application to Greenwood House
2. Complete a family interview with the Executive Director
3. Complete all applicable Greenwood House Medical and Financial Forms
4. Complete an applicant assessment by Greenwood House Staff.
5. Arrange a family meeting with Greenwood House Admissions Committee
